The amount payable will be based on the price at the time of order.
If the price changes after your order, the price at the time of order will still apply.
All prices include consumption tax (tax-inclusive prices).
Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted, regardless of whether the reason is due to our error or the customer's preference.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used.
- Products that are stained or damaged due to customer responsibility.
- Products with missing or discarded included items.
- Products that have been altered in appearance or functionality.
- Returns due to the customer’s preference.
If the delivered product is damaged, stained due to an accident, or if the wrong item is delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Delivery Timeline
Orders will generally be delivered within 7 days of confirmation.
Please note that delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, carrier circumstances, or other reasons.
Additionally, business days may change during special periods such as pottery fairs, Golden Week, and the New Year holidays.
For high-value items, additional arrangements may be required.
